During school assembly the students observed Ambedkar Jayanti.

In 2026, we are observing 135th birth anniversary of a great Indian leader, Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, who is also known as Babasaheb Ambedkar.

The assembly began with Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’s portrait being garlanded by Supriyo Sir, followed by floral tributes offered by the teachers.

Students then delivered speeches, presented a skit, and conducted a quiz, all of which were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

The occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti was further marked by students creating posters on the theme of Democracy and Fundamental Rights.

Celebrating Ambedkar Jayanti is not just about remembering Babasaheb’s contributions; it is about implementing his values in our daily lives. Respect for others, standing against injustice, valuing education, and promoting unity—these are the principles he stood for. As citizens, we can honour his legacy by practising these ideals every day
